 MEDIchair Markham owners Don and Rose Titus captured the coveted MEDIchair 2012 Franchise of The Year Honours from among 70 stores across Canada.

MEDIchair Markham owned by Rose and Don Titus is celebrating its 10th anniversary as an established leader in the home medical equipment retailing business in York Region in style – having just captured MEDIchair’s coveted Franchise Of The Year honour (2012).  MEDIchair Markham competed with 70 Canadian stores across Canada to win the award.

The Franchise Of The Year award is MEDIchair’s highest achievement award and is presented annually to the franchise that best exemplifies the company’s core values of care, knowledge, value and customer service excellence.

 -The owners diversified their business by expanding beyond traditional HME products into soft goods, home accessibility and CPAP to provide a broader range of services to their customers;

 -Rose and Don Titus are leaders among their peers. They provided time and support to various Franchise committees to help the MEDIchair brand;

 -The owners are not afraid to ask tough questions and challenge the status quo.  In the process, they make the Franchisor better and challenge all to continuous improvement;

 -MEDIchair Markham has demonstrated the highest level of integrity.  The franchise follows through with its commitments to customers and others within the MEDIchair organization;
